Stubble turnip (Brassica rapa var. rapa) is a traditional stubble and forage crop. Turnips are mainly fed fresh. This can be done by stable feeding or by strip grazing. Stubble turnips are also very suitable as a cover crop. Our varieties Delilah, Rondo, Samson and White Star have high dry matter yield and are frost resistant.
